As a System Administrator at LSSU, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our critical IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our diverse user community. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and configure various server systems, including Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments.
2. Implement and maintain network infrastructure, security protocols, and backup solutions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address IT requirements.
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users across the university community.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems, networking concepts, and security principles.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $63,000 - $72,000
