• Previous teaching experience

Physical Demands:

Ability to manage and deliver instruction for a course over a semester, including timely communication and grading.

Regional Recruiter

Admissions
• Serve as the primary LSSU admissions representative for the assigned regional territory. • Recruit prospective freshmen, transfer, and non-traditional students through high school visits, community college visits, college fairs, and community events. • Build and maintain positive relationships with high school counselors, community college advisors, alumni, and community organizations to promote LSSU. • Conduct individual advising sessions, group presentations, and information sessions to guide students and families through the admissions and financial aid process. • Actively manage territory through a strategic communication plan utilizing multiple platforms, including email, phone, text, social media, and CRM (Slate). • Regularly track and report outreach activities, prospect data, and enrollment trends to inform strategies and assess effectiveness. • Meet established recruitment goals, communication benchmarks, and enrollment targets for the assigned region. • Collaborate with the broader Admissions team to execute university-wide recruitment campaigns and special initiatives. • Organize and host local recruitment events and receptions for prospective and admitted students. • Travel to LSSU’s main campus at least once per quarter. • Other duties as assigned.

Bus Driver

Charter Schools Office
Under the supervision of the LSSU Charter Schools designee, provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for university groups and contracted events. The drivers will be responsible for transporting students, staff, athletic teams, and other groups to various events, ensuring compliance with all Michigan licensing laws, University Risk and Safety policies, and OSHA safety standards.

Supervising Field Officer- Charter Schools SW Michigan

Charter Schools Office
The Charter School Office Field Officer is the on-site “eyes and ears” of the Charter School Office, the “boots on the ground” person who reports the status of the teaching and learning environment and other information to the Executive Director. To that end, the Field Officer provides guidance for the university in fulfilling its oversight role.

Director of Athletic Development

FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY The Director of Athletic Development reports to the Vice President for Advancement and serves as the fundraising and alumni engagement officer for Athletics, with a primary emphasis on the Men's DI Hockey program and secondary support across all athletic teams. The position secures philanthropic support at all giving levels and builds a comprehensive hockey alumni engagement program that connects former student-athletes to the program's history, current initiatives, and future direction. The role divides its focus between direct fundraising (70%) and strategic alumni engagement (30%), aligning efforts with overall fundraising strategy, donor management, and data management standards. The position works in collaboration with Athletic Administration to ensure that donor strategy, messaging, and alumni engagement activity align with Athletic priorities.
