Title: Data/Account Clerk IV - Testing Services Coordinator 10 Month, Full-Time

Job Summary/Basic Function:
1) Responsible for operating LSSU Testing Center.
2) Create, adhere to and be knowledgeable of testing policies and procedures.
3) Proctor testing sessions by conducting walk-through observations, and monitoring via camera.
4) Assist testing candidates with the check-in and check-out process
5) Communicate with faculty and staff regarding testing integrity issues
6) Coordinate testing appointments with faculty, request and scan/return tests, and resolve scheduling anomalies as necessary.
7) Schedule student appointments.
8) Work with appropriate departments to make sure special test (TEAS, CLEP, ALEKS, etc.) information is current and update.
9) Maintain confidentiality
10) Communicate with Director on continuous departmental improvement for policies and proceedures.
11) Responsible for input, filing and retrieval of data for assessment and record keeping.
12) Coordinate, support and maintain all technology used in Testing Services.
13) Maintain office filing system and records; maintain office supplies; answer telephone and process mail.
14) Deposit funds weekly to business operations.
15) Type and/or prepare reports, lists, forms, and related documents; proof-read, edit, and review accuracy of material; research and provide information as required; keep records, distribute material, monitor and take action on information as required.
16) Work as an active part of the Library and Academic Services team, collaborating with other staff and functional units.
17) Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of clerical experience
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrated proficiency in team collaboration
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent
Experience with financial deposits
Physical Demands:
Adequate physical fitness to be able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time; use of gross motor skills to perform supervisory and organizational duties; use of fine motor skills to operate computer; social intelligence; problem solving ability; ability to understand and work with numbers; ability to see, hear, and speak with or without the use of aids to perform normal office tasks.
Work Hours:
8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday
